Responded to my phone call immediately and set up an appointment. Arrived as promised which is a huge plus. The team was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed the problem and installed a new pressure tank. The process took less than 2 hours to complete. Will use for any of our water system maintenance needs going forward. A+++++!

We had no water this Saturday morning. Cy and Rachel came out two hours after I called and worked for six hours to get us back in business. After trying to get our old control box working (Including a trip back to the shop for old parts),It became clear that our 40 year-old pump was dead. They were pleasant, worked hard, did a great job and charged a reasonable price. If you have any problem with your well, there is nobody else to call. I asked them before they left to put their stickers on our equipment so we would never forget.

Water stopped working at the farm. Sai and Rachel came out to help me trouble shoot what was wrong with the well pump system. I explained what was happening and immediately Sai knew where to start troubleshooting and went to work. His knowledge of the water pump system and how the power ran to it saved a lot of time and better than what I could've done. The water pump controller was also fried and they replaced that for me. They were able to locate which section of the wiring was likely damaged and ran a temporary wire to the pump so we can have running water until we can get an electrician to handle the rest. They were friendly and taught me some things about the water system we had on the farm. I would recommend them. Thanks!

A large storm rolled through on a Friday night and a lighting strike hit close to the house. Woke up on Saturday morning and had no water. Called Lauren McCullough Well company and they rearranged their Saturday plans to come out and get our water hooked back up. Very friendly folks and got our water working mid afternoon. Very happy with the service.

Lauren McCullough Well Drilling is basically the Avengers of well repair. Our pump quit, they swooped in the same day, fixed it like it was nothing and smiled through our barrage of “just curious…” questions. Fast, friendly and super nice! We’d give them 6 stars if Google would let us. Highly recommend!

I am currently living with a five month old baby and my husband is deployed and as a reminder, in the middle of a pandemic. My well spontaneous stopped working and my water pressure was gone. I checked all the common issues ( of what I was able to get online) And could not figure out the issue. I called McCullough and spoke with Steve. He was able to walk me through a few different things and help me determine that the issue was actually a simple fix. He walked me through were to get the part and how to install it with no charge, all I needed to do was buy the cost of the part. I could not get the name brand part at a local store and I did not want to wait a week to get it online (remember baby) so I found a comparable part that was not the same name and Steve was great at letting me know if it would work. I appreciate all the help over the phone and assistance from Steve. I know many of us are trying to keep our distance during these time but I appreciate the company’s help at and will call them for any future issues with my well.
